Use Contenta Converter PREMIUM to Watermark Photos
Contenta Converter PREMIUM will convert photos and images from an amazing variety of formats. Along with these conversions, you can also add in some very useful processing features. Perhaps you are going to be posting your images on the Internet where it is all to easy to copy images. One way to protect your images is with a watermark.
This how-to article will show you how easy and pain free it is to have a watermark applied to your photos in just a few simple steps using Contenta Converter PREMIUM.
Step 1: Select your photos.
Click on the Add Photos button and select from the photo, or even photos, where you want a watermark added. Then click the ‘Next’ button.
Step 2: Configure the conversion job
In this case we are going to convert to JPEG at the same time. But you could even keep the file in the same format and just execute the watermark addition. We select the last option on the top menu, Effects. Then choose Add Effects, Authoring and finally Watermark.
You can see the Watermark displayed on the preview. But that is not automatic – you have to type in the text, select the font, the color, the placement and even the transparency (how much of the photo can be seen behind the text).
You can select any font that is available on your PC, along with font style, font size and even strikeout and underline.
You can select a basic color or get very specific with a custom color – perhaps to match your corporate branding color.
You can choose the horizontal and vertical location for your watermark. You can tweak this for one photo, but if you are watermarking a collection of photos realize that no single spot will be perfect for each photo.
All done!
When you have all the settings the way you like them, you select Start. Soon you will have a successful file conversion and a watermarked JPG version of your original file.
