Installing Ghostscript to use EPS, PS and PDF files with Contenta Converter PREMIUM

If you want to work with PS, EPS or PDF files you will need to install the Ghostscript software.  This will only need to be done one time.  The following screens will quickly walk you through this process so you can begin to use these vector files with Contenta Converter PREMIUM.

Open up Contenta Converter PREMIUM and use the Add Photos button to attempt to open up an EPS, PS or PDF file.

If the file opens up and displays, then you already have the Ghostscript software installed and you do not need to follow any of these steps.  However, if you see the following screen than you will need to do this one time install of the Ghostscript software.

If you select Sourceforge you will see this screen – the other sites will have similar screens to review.  If you have software to work with .gz or .bz2 compressed files than you may select that.  We selected the gs863s32.exe since that file will open and run on most PCs. You will need to save  this file to your PC.
