How to convert images to EPS?

Do you ever need to convert a raster image file such as JPEG, TIFF, GIF, PNG, … to EPS ?  That can be necessary in several circumptances, for example, when in need to import a figure into a LateX document or when dealing directly with the Postscript format.

We will show you here how to perform such an operation with Contenta Converter PREMIUM.

Step 1: Select your photos

Click on the Add Photos button and select in your computer the photos you wish to convert. Then click the ‘Next’ button.

Step 2: Configure the conversion job

Make sure the “Do convert to format” checkbox is checked and select EPS as the format. You can select a different output folder if you want to. This is the location where the files converted to EPS will be stored.

You can choose to wrap the images as JPEG inside the EPS container. It makes the files a lot smaller as you can see in the size preview. The files are reduced to 328kb when they were 6.6Mb large previously.
